The
Texas Volleyball Association (TVA)
is
a nonprofit Organization, which has been created to help promote volleyball
through out the state of TEXAS. The
TVA has created an organization where players can gain recognition,
ratings and rankings through participating in our events, as well
as receiving discounts off ALL leagues and tournaments at Third Coast
& with the GCVA - League City (leagues)/Galveston (tournaments).
The
TVA will help develop and promote the fast-growing sport of outdoor
volleyball at the grassroots level. The TVA is responsible for the
scheduling, rule making and promoting of Outdoor volleyball in TEXAS.
The
TVA also helps promote the large Amateur Junior indoor programs in
the State.
With
the warm TEXAS weather, tournaments take place throughout the entire
year with the majority of events to take place in the spring and summer
months.
The
TVA is composed of responsible people, united for the common purpose
of promoting volleyball by conducting outdoor volleyball events in
an effective and professional manner while striving for the highest
possible standards for players, tournament directors, members and
sponsors.
