LEAGUE REGISTRATION FORMS

To find out league availability, please email or call 713.974.6837. The User Name and Password will be provided once league availability has been established, and then online registration can be completed.

There are two Registration Forms available to choose from -- Registration Only or Registration & Payment. The Registration & Payment Form is recommended and ensures your team will spend much less time in line at check-in the first night of your league!

All league fees are due the first night of play, regardless of whether or not all players
are present. If a player is not present the first night of the league, his/her teammate
must cover their league fee.
